中西医结合治疗小儿急性肾小球肾炎体会

Comprehension of the conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to treat the young child's acute nephritis

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗急性肾小球肾炎的疗效。方法:治疗组13例采用丹参注射液,益母草、苏叶煎剂联合抗生素治疗,对照组12例单纯用抗生素治疗。结果:治疗组能明显提高治疗有效率。结论:丹参注射液,益母草、苏叶煎剂联用头孢克肟治疗急性肾小球肾炎确有明显疗效,值得临床运用。

objective： To discuss the curative effect of the conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for acute nephritis. Method： 13 cases in the treatment group were treated by salvia miltiorrhiza injection, conbined antibiotic with apozem made by leonurus siribicus and perilla leaves,12 cases in the control group were treated purely by antibiotic. Result： The effective power in treatment group can be enhanced obviously. Conclusion： To treat acute nephritis with salvia miltiorrhiza injection,conbined cefixime with apozem made by leonurus and perilla leaves can gain obvious curative effect,which is worth clinical apply.
