血必净治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical observation of Xuebijingzhusheye on treated unstable angina

目的:观察血必净治疗不稳定性心绞痛临床疗效。方法:不稳定性心绞痛患者63例,分为血必净治疗组33例和对照组30例,疗程1周。结果:血必净治疗组心绞痛发作频率和程度及硝酸甘油消耗量、中医证候缓解情况、c-反应蛋白降低等均显著性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血必净治疗不稳定性心绞痛能有效治疗心绞痛发作,并且有效控制不稳定性心绞痛的炎症反应。

Objective： To investigate the effects of Xuebijingzhusheye on unstable angina. Methods： 63patients of unstable angina were deviated into Xuebijing group （33） and contrast group （30）, and all patients were treated for 1 weed. Results： It was significantly superier in Xuebijing group than in contrast group, which unstable angina attacked and Carbonite tabatole wasted （P 〈0.05）. The former was better than the later at preventing inflammatory（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： this study proves that Xuebijingzhusheye may prevent unstable angina attacks and may make progress in TCM syndrom and prevent inflammatory reaction.
