Opening Idea and Path of the Training of Adaptive Law Talent——from China—ASEAN Law Talent Training Perspective

如何培养应用性、实践型的法学人才，走出目前法学教育理论和实践脱节的状况，一直是法学界不断探讨的问题。中国一东盟区域经济、次区域经济的深入发展提出了适应性法律人才问题，这给法学教育的实践性教学提供了一个可以探索的模板。本文就其中的培养理念转变进行一些探讨。

The further development of China--ASEAN regional economy and the sub-regional economy proposes the basic quality that the adaptive law talents should poss; the reason why the existing law graduates work with less ability to adapt the practice is that the education idea of the jurisprudence has been too close in the past 10ng time and the education pattern of law is too simple. Thus, in this article, the author tends to eonsider that the fundamental way of training the regional-based, practice-based legal professionals is the fundamental reform of logistic talent training under the concept of opening management.
