锁定加压钢板微创治疗Pilon骨折

摘要 目的探讨微创治疗Pilon骨折的方法及效果。方法本组患者46例,男32例,女14例,年龄19~71岁,平均41.2岁,根据Redi-Allgwer分型,Ⅱ型37例,Ⅲ型9例。通过微创方法使用锁定加压钢板(LCP)治疗Pilon骨折,减少软组织及骨膜的血运破坏,术后早期功能锻炼,减少并发症的发生。结果46例患者术后全部随访,随访时间为6~20周,平均12周,手术时间60~120min,平均90min,术后复查X线片,骨痂出现时间4~8周,平均为6周。根据美国骨科协会足踝外科分会(AOFAS)评分,优35例,良5例,可6例,优良率为86.96%。结论LCP微创治疗Pilon骨折对血运破坏小,固定牢靠,可早期功能锻炼,并发症少,效果满意,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
