"水"创造了水乡,"花"体现了特色。常州体育会展中心设计从体现城市地域文化特色的理念出发,分析周围环境和基地特征,围绕满足场馆的比赛、会展和赛后利用等要求展开,采用先进的理念和技术,创造合理、便捷、人文并充满活力的竞技、展览空间,赋予建筑城市的个性和诗意的形态。

＂Water＂ is the spirit of the region of rivers and lakes, and ＂flower＂ is the special decoration. The design of Changzhou Sports and Exhibition Center is based on the idea of reflecting the local geographical and cultural characteristics, analyzing the surrounding environment and base characteristics, and focusing on the demands of sports games, exhibition and spare-time utilization of the venue, it adopts advanced concepts and technologies to create a sports and exhibition space of reason, convenience, culture and vigor. Thus, the building is shaped with identity and poetry of the city.
