集约型居住综合体的设计方法研究

Research on the Design Method of the Intensive Housing Complex

集约型居住综合体是以居住功能为主,同时含有办公、购物、娱乐等其余城市功能的复合型的、且体现高密度开发的街区型建筑群体。该概念是在我国人口众多、资源短缺以及当前正处在经济增长的快速城市化阶段这种背景下,从城市的可持续发展角度和社会人文角度出发所提出的。论文结合实际案例从功能组织与布局、交通流线组织、空间组合方法这三个方面阐述了集约型居住综合体的设计方法。

Compared to the rapid development of urbanization in China, the population is numerous and the resources are shortage. In this situation, the paper raises the concept of ＂Intensive housing complex＂ from the way of urban sustainable development and humanities. As the complex that focuses on housing but includes lots of other city functions as well, ＂Intensive housing complex＂ pays attention to the urban structure and the reasonable high density. This thesis takes actual projects as the case study and explores the design method from three aspects which are functional organization layout, traffic organization and space combination.
