居民对社区医院基本用药零差价政策的认知程度分析——基于天津市河西区、塘沽区的实证研究

Analysis of Community Residents' Recognition on Zero Price Policy of Basic medicine in Community Hospital——A Positive Study Based on District of Hexi,Tanggu

文章重点考察不同个体特征的患者对药品零差价政策的态度,并藉以探讨完善药品零差价政策的对策措施。研究结果表明,目前社区居民对零差价政策的了解普及度还不高,而且比较偏向于购买零差价药品,主要原因就是价格便宜;在享受医保的前提下,低收入家庭购买零差价药品的积极性比较高;大部分患者建议首先要提高的是社区医院医生的医疗水平,再次是医院的医疗设备。

This paper mainly investigates inpatients attitude about zero price policy of medicine,and then discuss the measures that can perfect the zero price policy. The results show that,community residents are not well acquaint themselves with the zero price policy,and priority to purchase the cheap medicine,mainly reason is that the price is lower; on the premise of enjoying medical treatment,the household whose income lower have higher enthusiasm; the majority inpatients suggest that firstly improvement is medical level, secondly is medical equipment.
