不平衡报价在工程招投标活动中被投标人作为一种投标策略应用得越来越广泛,给工程项目的顺利完成带来了极大的消极影响。本文就不平衡报价的主要形式、影响和防范措施进行了论述。
Unbalanced quoted price is used widely as a deceptive strategy in engineering bidding. It makes passive effect to engineering project completion. The paper discusses on major form, effect of this strategy and prevention to avoid unbalanced quoted price.
