摘要
文章介绍了上海市轨道交通规划和发展变化概况,同时通过理论研究和案例分析,对轨道交通站点周边的综合开发进行分析,对站点周边综合开发的方式、布局原则进行探讨,并结合上海市轨道交通站点现状,提出规划建议。
Based on 20 years of experience in rail transit planning, the author provides an overview of the planning of Shanghai urban rail transit and its evolution and changes. Meanwhile, in the light of experience and on the basis of theoretical research and case studies, the author analyzes the integrative development of the periphery area of rail transit stations in terms of ways of development and principals of layout, and proposes suggestions for the planning based on current status of rail transit stations in Shanghai.
