摘要
斯图加特21世纪项目利用高铁线的轨道及站点改造,对铁路和城际、城市轨道交通枢纽以及周边约109hm^2土地进行了长达15年的研究和循序渐进的开发,至今仍在调整、决策、投入、建设的过程中。此项目的规划开发过程体现了交通枢纽与城市的可持续发展的互动关系,是研究大型轨道交通综合体建设如何促进城市核心区土地开发、城市环境提升、节能减排乃至城市发展定位的极好样本。
Based on the renovation of tracks and stations of a high-speed railway, the Stuttgart 21 project has made research and step-by-step development on the railway, the urban and inter-city rail transit hub, as well as the 109- hectare surrounding area for 15 years, which is still under development. The process of planning and developemt, represents the interactive relationship between transport hub and urban sustainable development, provides a good example for the study of how mega rail transit hub promotes the development of urban core in respects of land development, urban environmental improvement, engergy-saving and emission-reduction even urban development orientation.
