该项目是在汇集8条不同轨道交通枢纽的涩谷车站周边再开发计划中的标兵项目。地上34层、地下4层规模的超高层综合设施,包括低层商业、高层办公、中层2 000席的音乐剧场和作为整个街区信息转播平台的展厅,还设置了培养创造性人材的具备高水平学院等具有高度文化转播功能的文化设施。

The Shibuya 2-21 District Development is regarded as a model project in the redevelopment of Shibuya station periphery area, where 8 rail transit lines join, skyscraper complex with 34 floors on the ground and 4 floors underground including commercial facilities in lower floors, offices in upper floors, and a 2000-seat concert theatre, an exhibition hall used as information broadcast platform for the whole neighborhood and cultural facilities such as a high level institute for cultivating cuatire talents in middle floors.
