文章分析了缺少信息技术支持的村镇体系规划方法及规划成果的局限性;研究了结合规划编制建立基于GIS的管理信息系统的必要性和可行性;初步建立了湖南省安化县数字县域系统;探讨了数字县域系统对规划编制和规划管理的支持功能。

The article analyzes the lack of support of information technology, rural planning methods and the outcome of the planning limitations; Research at reference to the preparation of the town planning and build based on the GIS Management Information System of the necessity and feasibility; Initilly built an information system, Digital AnHua Management Information System;Figures on it for planning and planning management support.
