摘要
恶性肿瘤患者出现营养不良和体重下降非常普遍,可导致患者预后不良,严重时还可导致死亡率的升高。但是对于恶性肿瘤患者,尤其是放化疗及恶液质患者的营养支持,目前依然有争议。为此我们从恶性肿瘤与营养不良的关系、肿瘤患者的营养风险筛查、营养评定的临床路径、肿瘤患者的静脉营养治疗及静脉营养治疗的风险五大方面对2008年最前沿的循证医学研究结果予以总结,供我国肿瘤诊治相关医师参考。
Under-nutrition and weight loss occur frequently in cancer patients, indicating poor prognosis and excess morbidi- ty. However, the administration of nutrition treatment for cancer patients receiving chemotherapy/radiotherapy or with cachexia are still under debate. Here, we interpreted guidelines on parenteral and enteral nutrition for non-surgical cancer patients from European Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition( ESPEN), American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition(ASPEN) and Chinese Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (CSPEN). We were intended to provide evidence-based recommendations for the use of parenteral nutrition(PN) in malignant tumor patients in China from the following five secessions: relationship of malignancies and under-nutrition status, the screening of nutrient risk in malignant tumor patients, the clinical pathway of nutrient assessment in malignant tumor patients, PN administration and the risks of PN.
