microRNA影响抗肿瘤药物敏感性相关研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 microRNA是一类长度为2l^25 nt非编码蛋白RNA,以干扰mRNA翻译的方式负向调控基因的表达。研究发现,microRNAs在肿瘤发生、发展过程中可能发挥癌基因或抑癌基因样作用,并表现为不同类型的肿瘤有其特异的microR-NA表达谱。多种microRNA与肿瘤发生、分化程度及预后等密切相关。随着microRNA家簇与肿瘤的联系逐渐被揭示,越来越多的证据表明肿瘤细胞对抗肿瘤药物的敏感性也受microRNA的影响。现对microRNA在影响抗肿瘤药物敏感性方面的一些研究做一综述。 MicroRNAs are 21-25 nucleotide (nt) non-coding RNA molecules that function as negatively post-transcriptional regulators of mRNA's translation. Researches have revealed that microRNA may act as an oncogene or anti-oncogene during the period of the occurrence and development of tumors, and showed that different tumors express its special microRNA expression profiles. Fur- thermore, many microRNAs are closely correlated to tumorigenesis, differentiation, prognosis and etc. As correlations between microR- NA cluster and tumors are being revealed, more and more evidences reveal that tumor's sensitivity to the anti-tumor drugs is influenced by microRNA. This paper will review some researches about the aspect of anti-tumor agents' sensitivity influenced by microRNA.
