FRⅢ型功能矫治器矫治前牙反的软组织侧貌变化

Soft tissue profile changes of anterior cross bite case after FRⅢ functional appliance treatment

目的观察用FRⅢ型功能矫治器矫治替牙期反的软组织侧貌变化。方法选择替牙期前牙反伴软组织侧貌形态异常患儿28人,年龄8-11岁,用FRⅢ型功能矫治器进行治疗。治疗前后拍摄X线头颅侧位片,并进行软组织侧貌的头影测量分析。对测量项目结果进行配对t检验。结果治疗后下唇突角、鼻唇角、下唇突度明显减小,上下唇突角、上唇突度明显加大,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论FRⅢ型功能矫治器治疗后鼻、上唇、下唇及颏部四者关系趋于协调,Ⅲ类面型有明显的改善。

Objective To observe the soft tissue profile changes of anterior cross bite case after FRⅢ functional appliance treatmerit. Methods 28 mixed dentition cases with abnormal soft tissue profile were selected and they aged from 8 to 11 years old. All of them received FRill functional appliance treatment. Pre- and post-treatment lateral eephalograms were traced and analyzed. Differences between pre- and post-treatment were analyzed with paired t-test. Results After treatment, S-Ns-LL, Cm-Sn-UL and LL-E decreased significantly,while UL-Ns-LL and UL-E increased significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion s The relationship among nose, upper lip, lower lip and chin became harmonious after FRill functional appliance treatment. The soft tissue profile was improved.
