摘要
原发于肺动脉的肉瘤是一种十分罕见的疾病，诊断和治疗还有很多困难。肺动脉肿瘤的临床表现与肺动脉栓塞相似，因此在手术或活检前很难明确诊断。绝大部分患者在开始的时候都被诊断为肺动脉栓塞，直到手术时才发现是肉瘤。现将我们治疗5例肺动脉肉瘤的经验报告如下。
