An International Reference for the Social Protection of Irregular Employment Groups——A Perspective of Developing Countries

现代化推进的时空压缩特点,使非正规就业成为发展中国家部分劳动者主要的就业形式之一,如何为非正规就业者提供社会保护,发展中国家进行了有益的探索,通过文献考察,笔者从维权到增权、行业组织化以及培育自组织等几个方面考察了非正规就业者社会保护的国际经验,为中国解决非正规就业人员的社会保护提供某些借鉴和参照。

The time-space compression of modernization makes irregular employment one of the major forms for some workers in developing countries, where profitable researches have been conducted to protect them. Based on the textual study, the article makes a survey on the international experiences concerning social protection for these workers in terms of fights safeguarding and enlarging , organization and self-organization, etc. so as to offer some reference for China to handle similar problems.
