肺梭形细胞癌1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男性，65岁，2004年9月28日入院。2月前受凉后出现反复咳嗽、咳痰、痰中带血，伴右肩背疼痛并向右臂放射。予抗感染治疗，效果欠佳。既往有COPD病史30余年，否认结核病史。吸烟900年支，已戒烟近5年。查体：气管轻度左偏，右侧触觉语颤较左侧弱，右肺呼吸音增粗，可闻及哮鸣音。实验室检查：血常规、凝血、肿瘤标志物等均正常。肺功能检查正常。胸部CT示：
