摘要
对于以形状记忆合金元件为核心的驱动器的研究,主要集中在直线式和摆动式驱动器方面,涉及旋转式驱动器的较少。文章基于形状记忆合金的基本效应,建立了旋转式驱动器的功能结构模型,并分析了各功能环节的实现方式。在此基础上进行功能组合,提出了相应的实例模型。
The recently research of the actuators based on shape memory alloy focused on the linear and oscillating actuator, less involves the rotary actuator.This paper introduces the shape memory effect, builds the functional structure of the rotary actuator, and discusses the methods to realize the function.Through combination of different function part, a SMA rotary actuator model is proposed.
