摘要
从中小企业的产品开发实际需求出发,分析了产品设计过程与产品质量控制的关系,提出了适合中小企业产品开发与质量控制的要点和工具,达到在产品设计开发过程中,有效实施质量设计和质量控制的目标。在产品开发中,通过有效利用这套产品开发质量控制工具,达到了对市场需求变化的快速响应、提高了产品开发效率,缩短了开发周期,提高了产品开发质量。
From the small-and-medium-sized enterprises needs, this paper analysises the relation of product design and quality control, advance the main points and tools that enterprises quality design and quality control.Use this tools, we can quick response market, shorten our product development cycle effectively, improve the product quality, increase the core competitive strength for the enterprise.
