摘要
长油气管道的安全运营是油气可靠供应的基础,管道在线检测是管道安全性和完整性的主要技术保障。本文基于一种管道内检测设备的设计和制造,给出了管道内检测设备的结构模型,基于该结构模型设计实现了管道内检测设备。工程实践验证了所构建的理论模型的正确性及适应性。本文的工作不仅对管道内检测装备的设计实现提供了理论基础,同时对一般管道内检测装备的研究及实现具有工程实际指导意义。
The reliable provision of oil and natural gas is based on the safe operation of long range pipelines of oil and gas, and the in line inspection of the pipeline is a major technical guarantee of its safety and integrity. Based on the designing and realization of an in line inspection equipment of the pipeline, a novel structural model of the inner inspection equipment is proposed in this paper and the equipment is designed and manufactured according to the proposed model. The correctness and the suitability of the structural model are verified by the practical engineering operation. This work not only provides the theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of the in line inspection equipment, but also provides practical guidelines for the research and realization of general inner inspection equipments.
