摘要 针对空心圆柱体一类机械零件,该自动测量系统能够在线快速自动测量其外径高度和内径,自动剔除不合格产品,能将测量数据远传到电脑终端实时显示,能电脑保存并处理测量数据。系统设计主要包括传感器的选择、工件传送控制系统设计、数据采集与处理系统设计、不合格零件的自动剔除系统设计、内径检测机械手设计。整个检测系统性能稳定,成本低,较好满足了测量要求。 The outside diameter, height and inside diameter of the hollow cylinder can be measured automatically and quickly by the auto measuring system, the non-conformity workpiece can be eliminated, the measured data can be conveyed to the computer, and also can be stored and processed. The whole system design contains the following parts, choosing appropriate sensor, designing the conveying system, data acquisition and processed method, designing the manipulator to eliminate the non-conformity workpiece, designing the inside measuring manipulator. The system is satisfied with the measuring needs, it's stable and reliable and the cost is low.
