一种基于灰度向量匹配的平面绝对位移测量方法

摘要 对于平面位移的测量,传统方法需要采用特殊机构将其分解为两个线性位移和一个角位移分别测量,因而测量系统复杂。随着数字图像处理技术的不断发展,采用该技术进行位移的测量已经成为现代测量技术发展的新方向。本文提出了一种新的基于图像处理的平面位移测量方法。该方法采用事先通过标定的图像,对自然标志(特征点)的提取和基于灰度向量匹配来完成绝对位移的测量。最后经实验验证了该原理的可行性。 As for the measurement of the plane displacement, the traditional methods need to decompose it to two linear and one angular displacement measuring by special device, which leads to complexity of the measurement system. With the development of digital image process, the measurement of displacement with the technology has became a new direction in the modem technology of displacement measuring. A new method of plane absolute displacement measurement based on digital image process has been presented in this paper. By using calibrated image, it can measure plane absolute displacement of worktable automatically via feature point extraction and gray vector matching. Finally, we can use the experiment to verify the feasibility of the principle.
