摘要
目前在国内外产品设计与数控加工领域中,使用较为广泛的CAD/CAM软件为Pro/E和Master-CAM。利用两者各有的优点,结合使用可提高产品设计以及数控加工的质量和效率。通过连杆模型的设计与加工实例,阐述了使用Pro/E和MasterCam软件进行模型设计与加工的方法与流程。
Currently Pro/E and MasterCAM are widely used in the field of domestic and foreign product design and NC machining in the CAD/CAM software .Taking advantages of two kinds of software s advantages,the combined application can improve product design and NC machining s quality and efficiency.Through the example of connecting rod and manufacturing, expound the method and process of model design and NC machining by using this two kinds of software.
