摘要
重点论述了在Windows2000操作系统下应用Microsoft VisualC++6.0,开发数控系统刀具半径补偿软件的设计、研究过程。包括刀具半径补偿的轨迹分析、算法分析、刀具补偿库的建立等。将该系统用于车床,成功地实现了刀具半径补偿功能。
Using Microsoft Visual C＋＋6.0, the design and research of tool radius compensation was discussed under Windows 2000 in this paper .And the track analyse of the tool radius compensation, algorithem analyse, the setting of tool compensation warehouse were included in it .It will succeed to implement the function of tool radius compensation when the system is used in lathe.
