网络环境下图书馆信息服务中面临的著作权问题探讨

Exploration of Copyright Issue Faced by Library Information Service under Internet Environment

在介绍网络环境特点的基础上,从馆藏数字化、数据库和网络软件3个方面分析了图书馆在开展信息服务时可能产生的著作权问题,并指出图书馆应采取开展知识产权教育,充分利用《著作权法》中规定的合理使用权以及采用技术手段来保护网络信息的著作权等3种对策。

Under network environment,and on the basis of digitalization,from three aspects of databases and network software of library in developing the information service of the copyright problem when possible,and points out that the library should take in intellectual property rights education,make full use of the copyright law and the provisions of the reasonable use by technical means to protect the copyright of network information on the three countermeasures.
