摘要
以人为本的激励机制是人力资源管理的重要手段,也是高校图书馆管理的核心,它既是高校图书馆管理永恒的主题,也是永恒的难题。在高校图书馆实际管理工作中,应当综合运用各种激励机制手段,以最大限度地激发馆员的工作热情,从而不断提高高校图书馆的管理水平。
The humanist incentive mechanism is an important means for human resources management and also the core of university library management.It is not only the eternal subject of university library management,but also an eternal difficult problem.In university library supervisory,it is essential to synthesize utilizes each incentive mechanism method,by maximum limit stimulates librarian's work enthusiasm,and thus enhances the university library unceasingly the management level.
