摘要 300 MW、600 MW亚临界超临界机组凝汽器的喉部,配置有组合式低压加热器,其中组合了热力系统中7号、8号低压加热器。7号低压加热器经常出现疏水不畅的问题,主要原因是7、8号低压加热器的汽侧压力之差较小,疏水接口相对位差大,疏水管系转角多,也使疏水阻力增加。现采用降低8号低压加热器疏水进口管位置的措施,可有效改善7号低压加热器疏水不畅的情况,同时,也提高了低压加热器系统的运行性能。 Duplex LP heaters are usually fixed at the neck of condenser in 300MW or 600MW sub-critical power units, in which 7 # and 8 # LP heaters are included. The problem of blocked drain flow occurs frequently, the reasons of which are smaller in pressure difference at steam sides between 7# and 8# LP heaters, larger in position difference between drain connectors and more in turns among pipes. Now the position of drain inlet is lowed in 8# LP heater and the problem of blocked drain flow has effectively been improved. Meanwhile, the operational performance .has been increased in the LP heater system.
