摘要 低压旁路系统是大型中间再热机组的重要组成部分。低压旁路的内漏是汽轮机组系统中普遍存在的问题。通过分析低压旁路内漏发生的主要特点、低旁内漏对机组安全性、经济性的影响,以治理多台600 MW机组低压旁路内漏的经验,浅析其原因,并提出了防止低压旁路内漏的治理措施。 Low-pressure bypass system is an important part of large-scale intermediate-reheat unit. The internal leakage of low-pressure bypass is a common problem in steam turbine. Main characteristics of internal leakage and its impact to the security and economy of the unit have been analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures against the internal leakage in the low-pressure bypass have been put forward in the paper based on the experience of handling the internal leakage of many LP bypass systems for 600MW units.
