5 m立车机床采用840D系统运作,该系统主要是针对5 m立车床开发的,因此,系统生成的程序格式仅适用于840D系统。管板、短接、筒身等部件是高压加热器的重要组成部分。利用VB开发5 m立车参数化编程系统,界面简单、直观,方便操作,该系统能自动生成零件的数控加工程序。能够满足现有坡口形式的管板、短接、筒身的加工。

This system is developed for 5--meter vertical lathe adopted with 840D system. So the program format generated by the system is only applied to the System 840D. Tube sheet, skirt and shell are essential parts of High Pressure Heater. The parameterized programming system is developed in use of VB for 5 meter vertical lathe, whose interface is simple and audio-visual. So it＇s convenient for the operator to use and the NC program for the parts will be generated automatically which can meet the requirement of chamfering existing tube sheet, skirt and shell.
