摘要
制定一套完整实用且扩充性较强,又能满足ERP系统要求的编码方案,是离散型企业在信息化建设中必须首先解决的问题。系统数据的整理、物料编码及数据录入是建立ERP系统的难点之一,正确按物料编码原则进行编码定义,是使物料编码具有唯一属性的依据。同时,数据整理与编码实施也是整个ERP系统快捷运行的基础。
It is the first problem necessarily to be solved in the information construction for loosing enterprises that a coding scheme must be prepared which is not only perfect, practical and strong expansion, but also satisfying the requirements of ERP system. It is one of difficulties to set up ERP system in preparing systematic data, item codes and data input. Coding definition shall be determined based on correct principle of item codes which is the only basis of item codes. Meanwhile, data preparation and code execution are the foundation of whole ERP system in quick running.
