外环块数控电火花加工工艺研究

摘要 航空发动机低压导向器中有一外环块组件,其形状复杂,加工精度要求高。针对外环块组件圆弧槽等型面电火花加工工艺进行了研究。通过大量的工艺试验,采用圆电极用圆弧插补加工和编制数控程序、优选工艺参数,加工出了符合图纸要求的零件。该工艺方法在生产应用中取得了良好的效果。 In a low-pressure guide of engine there is a outer ring block which structure is complex and process precision is high. The subject is about EDM process technology research for the surface of component outer ring block, such as arc groove. With a large number of process experiments, the use of circular interpolation processing with circular electrodes and the NC program with optimum processing parameters, the final machined parts meet to the design requirement. The processing technology has been applied in production, and has achieved good results.
