HPLC法测定复方川贝精颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

Determination of Ephedrine Hydrocholido in Fufang Chuanbeijing Grains by HPLC

目的：建立复方川贝精颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，以Phenomenex HyperClone柱（C18，4．6×250mm，5μm）为分离柱，以甲醇一水（1：1）为流动相，254nm为检测波长，柱温为室温。结果：盐酸麻黄碱在0．5～5．5μg／mL范围内，蜂面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系（r=0．9995），平均回收率为98．0％，RSD为0．36％（n=5）。结论：该方法简便、准确、重复性好，可作为该制剂含量测定方法。

OBJECTIVE： Aim to set up determination the contents of Ephedrine Hydrocholidoin Fufang Chuanbeijing Grains. METHODS： HPLC method was used. Chromatographic condition included Phenomenex HyperClone （C18,4.6×250mm,5μm） and the mobile phase consisting of methanol - water （1：1） , with a detection wavelength of 254nm and the temperature to room temperature. RESULT： The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0. 5 -5.5μg/mL for Ephedrine hydrochloride, r = 0. 9995, average recovery of Ephedrine hydrochloride was 98. 0%, RSD was 0. 36% （n =5） . CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used as the determination of the preparations.
