不稳定型心绞痛患者血管内超声下斑块性质与高敏C反应蛋白的关系 被引量:1

Study on the Relationship between Plaque Features by Intravascular Ultrasound and High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein Level in Patients with Unstable Angina

摘要 目的:探讨不稳定型心绞痛患者(UAP)98例在血管内超声(IVUS)下斑块性质与高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的关系。方法:在进行冠状动脉造影前24 h检测血hs-CRP,冠状动脉造影后对靶病变进行IVUS。分析UAP IVUS下斑块性质与hs-CRP的相关性。结果:hs-CRP升高组(44例)有软斑块者36.7%、斑块破裂者15.3%、血栓形成者11.2%均较hs-CRP正常组(54例。33.7%、8.2%、5.1%)多见(P<0.05)。结论:hs-CRP水平与冠状动脉局部斑块性质有关,hs-CRP升高者冠状动脉局部斑块不稳定的危险性增高。 Objective: To observe the relationship between sermn high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)level and plaque features by intravaseular ultrasound(IVUS) in patients with unstable angina(UAP). Methods: Ninety-eight UAP were enrolled in this study. Hs-CRP was determined 24 hours before coronary arteriography followed by IVUS evaluation in target lesion. The relationship between serum hs-CRP level and plaque features by IVUS was analyzed. Results: Compared to normal hs-CRP group, there were more soft plaques in the hs-CRP group(36.7% vs 33.7%, P 〈 0.05), plaque rupture ( 15.3 % vs 8.2 %, P 〈 0.05), and thrombogenesis in coronary stenosis( 11.2 % vs 5.1%, P 〈 0.05), respectively. Conclusion: Hs-CRP is a reliable marker to predict the stability of coronary artery plaque.
