脊髓损伤的功能核磁共振成像研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 脊髓损伤(SCI)会引起中枢神经系统一系列结构重排或功能适应性改变,即可塑性变化,该变化对SCI患者的功能产生重要影响。功能核磁共振成像(fMRI)是评估神经功能的一种有效方法,在SCI领域的研究日益增多。本文就近年来有关SCI后fMRI方面的研究进展作一综述。
