226例小儿手足口病门诊护理

Outpatient nursing of 226 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease

目的:探讨小儿手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)患儿的门诊护理方法。方法:回顾性分析我院确诊有资料可查的226例HFMD患儿的病理资料,并采取针对性的护理措施。结果:及时发现HFMD并发症的先兆征象并给予治疗及护理,226例全部治愈,无死亡病例,无复发情况;结论:医护人员应掌握HFMD发生发展的规律,加强常见并发症及危重先兆征象的观察、预防与护理,及时采取积极的处理措施,可有效地预防手口足病并发症的发生,提高治愈率。

Purpose ： To discuss the outpatient nursing method of hand - foot - mouth disease （HFMD） children patients. Method ： Analyze the pathological data of 226 HFMD children patients with retrievable records of our hospital retrospectively, and take pertinent nursing measures. Results ： Pre - symptoms of HFMD complications were found timely, and the patients were treated and nursed timely, all the 226 cases were cured without any case of death or relapse. Conclusion ： The nursing staff should master the general pattern of HFMD occurrence and development, strengthen the observation, prevention and nursing of common complications and severe pre - symptoms, and take positive dispositions timely to prevent the occurrence of HFMD complications effectively and improve cure rate.
