电针“百会”,“大椎”穴对脑缺血大鼠学习记忆能力的影响 被引量:6

THE EFFECT OF ELECTROACUPUNCTURE ON LEARNING AND MEMORY ABILITIES IN CEREBRAL INFARCTION RATS

摘要 目的:研究电针对脑缺血大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法:选用24只Wistar雄性成年大鼠制成右侧大脑中动脉脑缺血模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组和电针组,每组各8只。电针组于术后24小时开始进行电针治疗,选取"百会"穴和"大椎"穴,连续治疗4周。假手术组和模型组置于普通笼中正常喂养,不给予任何治疗。4周后采用Morris水迷宫测定大鼠的学习记忆功能。结果:学习记忆能力测评:模型组大鼠表现明显的学习记忆障碍,电针组在水迷宫定位航行试验和空间探索试验中均明显优于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:电针"百会","大椎"穴可改善脑缺血大鼠的学习记忆能力。 Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA)on learning and memory abilities in cerebral infarction rats.Methods:Twenty-four adult healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into,sham operation group, model group and EA group.Cerebral ischemic animal models were made with thread embolism method:EA was applied to "Baihui"point and"Dazhui"point once daily,continuously for four weeks.The rats of sham group and model group were fed normally without any treatment.Morris water maze were used to test the learning and memory abilities,including place navigation test and spatial probe test.Results: EA group was significantly better than the model group in place navigation test and spatial probe test(P〈0.05).Conclusion:EA("Baihui","Dazhui") can improve the learning and memory abilities of cerebral infarction rats.
