组织蛋白酶B在脑胶质瘤中表达研究

THE RESEARCH ON EXPRESSION OF CATHEPSINB IN GLIOMA

目的:探讨组织蛋白酶B(cathepsin B,CatB)在脑胶质瘤中表达,为判断胶质瘤良恶性程度以对胶质瘤诊断、治疗及预后提供新思路、新方法。方法:2003年1月～2007年7月在我院神经外科住院的60例经手术病理检查证实的胶质瘤标本;另选颅脑损伤内减压手术切除的10例脑组织标本作为正常对照。采用免疫组织化学方法检测60例胶质瘤组织与10例正常脑组织中组织蛋白酶B表达情况,收集各病例的临床病理资料,用统计学软件SPPS10.0对实验结果进行分析。结果:60例胶质瘤组织中有49例CatB表达,阳性表达率为81.7%(P<0.05)。CatB的表达与患者的年龄、性别和肿瘤部位、大小、形状无关(P>0.05)。结论:CatB胶质瘤中表达水平明显高于正常对照组,说明CatB与胶质瘤的发病相关。

Objective： To study the expression of CatB in glioma. Methods： Sixty samples of glioma tissue and ten samples of normal human cerebral tissue surgically resected were collected;gliomas were confirmed by pathological diagnosis. The experssion of CatB was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results： The expression of CatB in 10 samples of normal cerebral tissues were negative . Of the 60 samples of glioma , 43（81.7%） showed positive CatB, The difference was significant （P〈0.05）. CatB expression was not related with the patients age, sex and the size, location, sign of tumors （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The expression in glioma group is obviously higher than normar group. It is possible that CatB have some important effect on invasive growth of glioma tumor cell.
