近侧趾间关节成形术治疗僵硬性锤状趾

PROXIMAL INTERPHALANGEAL ARTHROPLASTY FOR THE TREATMENT OF RIGID HAMMER TOE DEFORMITY

目的:探讨软组织松解结合近侧趾间关节成形术治疗僵硬性锤状趾的临床效果。方法:保守治疗效果不满意的患者采用软组织松解、近侧趾间关节成形术,根据美国矫形外科协会足踝功能评分标准(AOFAS)评估其疗效。结果:术后平均随访17.6月,所有患者锤状趾畸形矫正满意,近侧趾间关节残余动度平均为15度。AOFAS评分:术前平均为43.5分,术后平均为81.4分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:软组织松解结合近侧趾间关节成形术治疗僵硬性锤状趾畸形,临床效果满意,畸形无复发,是保守治疗无效的僵硬性锤状趾畸形的有效治疗方法。

Objective：To evaluatie the clinical results of correction of rigid hammer-toe deformity with softtissue release and proximal interphalangeal arthroplasty. Methods：Patients with rigid hammer toe deformity and failed in conservative treatment accepted soft-tissue releasd and proximal interphalangeal arthroplasty.The clinical effects were eyaluated by the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society Scores （AOFAS）. Reaults：After average 17.6 months follow-up, all the patients were satisfied with the procedure. There were about 15 degrees of residual motion between proximal interphalangeal joints. The median preoperative and postoperative AOFAS score was 43.5 and 81.4. respectively （P〈0.01）.Conclusion ： Soft -tissue release and proximal interphalangeal arthroplasty is an effective method for the treatment of rigid hammer-toe deformity after failed conservative treatment, and it shows good results with no recurrence of deformity.
