复杂载荷作用下椭圆封头-接管连接结构的最优化设计

摘要 为了设计化工容器上常见的椭圆封头/接管连接结构,根据设计条件提出了3种结构设计方案.采用有限元法,运用ANSYS软件进行结构应力计算,得到了3种结构的应力分布.通过对结构强度、结构的经济性和加工简便性的综合分析,给出了一个最佳的椭圆封头的连接加强结构. The connection structure of ellipsoidal vessel head with connecting pipe is widely applied in chemical-engineering vessels.Three structural design schemes for the connection structure are proposed according to design conditions.The stress distributions of the three structures are obtained using finite element method and ANSYS software.By the comparison of the stress analysis,the economy and the machining complexity of the three structures,an optimal connection structure of ellipsoidal vessel head with connecting pipe is presented.
