国内商业银行实施合规风险管理的困境与突破 被引量:1

摘要 随着经营环境的日趋复杂,商业银行不仅面临传统意义上的信用风险,还要承担更加多变的操作风险和市场风险,风险形式复杂,风险管理难度增大。实施合规风险管理已成为其提高经营管理水平的关键环节。本文指出商业银行合规风险管理工作中的问题并分析原因,在此基础上提出了相关建议。
