村庄规划的可能与不可能——以多重转型背景下珠江三角洲村庄规划的实施结构为例

Possibilities and Impossibilities in Rural Planning:A Case Study of Implementation Structure of Rural Planning in the Transforming Zhujiang Delta Region

村庄规划是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分,2000年以来珠江三角洲的农村在经济结构、管治方式、空间形态、社会组织等方面正面临全方位的转型与重构,通过分析政府、村集体、设计师在村庄规划中的角色与行为结构可知,当前珠江三角洲的村庄规划既有其合理性与可实施性,也有其体制上的缺陷,有待进一步完善与发展。

Planning is an important part of the new socialist rural construction process. Since 2000, villages in the Zhujiang delta region have been transforming and reorganizing their economic structure, management styles, spatial morphology, and social organization. Through analyses of the roles and behavior of governments, village committees, and designers, current village planning in the region is feasible. Institutional improvements still need to be made.
