摘要
根据城郊新农村"城乡兼备"的双重特性,总结出适合城郊新农村发展的六种主要模式,分别为城郊服务型、工业引导型、高效观光型、特色资源型、文化旅游型、合作组织型,且不同发展模式的适用条件不同。各地应根据村庄的自身特征因地制宜地选择发展模式,以推动新农村的可持续发展。
Suburban villages possess unique dual urban-rural qualities that affect their industrial development. Six models for such development are discussed： suburban services, industrial orientation, high efficiency tourism, distinctive resources, cultural tourism, and cooperation. Villages should choose the model that best fits their individual characteristics.
