城边村是农村城镇化、城市辐射带动农村的前沿阵地,也是城市化进程中矛盾最集中的地方,主要存在人口构成复杂、失地农民问题严重、违法用地现象普遍等问题。应通过旧村整治改造、整合土地资源、调整产业结构等措施促进城边村建设用地的集约利用,推动城边村的健康发展。

Suburban villages exist at the forefront of urbanization and radial expansion and face unique challenges. These village populations are typically complex; farmers lose the legal rights to use their land and illegal land use is very common. Some remedies include historic renovation, land reorganization, and adjusting the industrial structure of the village. Promoting compact land uses and healthy urban developments are the goal.
