摘要 从氧化应激损伤肝细胞的机制、还原型谷胱甘肽(Glutathione,GSH)的作用机制、GSH在肝脏疾病中的应用三方面描述了氧化应激在肝细胞损伤中的作用,并着重讨论了还原型谷胱甘肽的本质及其作用机制;在临床应用方面,举例说明还原型谷胱甘肽在各种肝病中发挥积极的作用。结果表明GSH作为抗氧化剂和细胞代谢剂,成为临床中重要的治疗和辅助治疗药物。 The mechanism of the oxidative stress damage liver cells, the mechanism of reduced glutathione (GSH) and applications of GSH in the liver diseases are described in three areas of oxidative stress in liver cell damage and focused on the nature of reduced glutathione and its mechanism; in clinical applications, examples of reduced glutathione in a variety of liver disease playing an active role. The resulfs show that GSH as the antioxidant and the cell metabolism agent, has become an important part of the clinical treatment and the adjuvant therapy drug.
