芍药甘草汤配合西医治疗三叉神经痛26例

Peony Decoction treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with 26 cases of Chinese and Western Medicine

目的观察芍药甘草汤配合西医治疗三叉神经痛临床疗效。方法52例患者分为治疗组26例,以芍药甘草汤配合西医治疗;对照组26例,单纯西医治疗,疗程1 w,比较两组治疗前后症状改善情况。结果治疗组显效率及总有效率分别为73.08%和96.15%,明显优于对照组的53.85%及88.46%(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论芍药甘草汤配合西医治疗三叉神经痛与单纯西医治疗相比,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the Western Peony Decoction with clinical efficacy of the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 52 patients divided into treatment group 26 cases, in order to tie in with the Western Peony Decoction treatment; 26 cases of the control group, simple Western medicine treatment, one-week course of treatment, symptoms were compared between two groups before and after treatment to improve the situation. Results The treatment group significantly the efficiency and total effective rates were 73.08% and 96.15%, significantly better than the control group 53.85% and 88.46% （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Peony Decoction treatment with Western medicine treatment oftrigeminal neuralgia, compared with Western medicine alone, a significant effect.
