肝脓肿个案报道1例

Reported a case of hepatic abscess

摘要 1病历摘要 患者男性，73岁，于入院6d前开始出现头晕，恶心，未呕吐，不伴有视物旋转，无耳鸣，无肢体活动障碍，初起不伴有意识障碍。首诊于神经内科考虑脑血管病VBI予醒脑静、川芎嗪输液治疗有所好转。入院前3d出现发热伴阵发性意识不清，双下肢不能活动再次就诊神经内科急诊，神经科查体无阳性体征，因体温升高转内科继续诊治。既往有脑血栓，糖尿病，长期饮酒史。
