摘要
在社会主义市场经济的新形势下,实行股份制改造是林业企业改革的一条重要的路子。它有利于推进国有林区政企分开,改变企业办社会的局面;它有利于公有制经济实现形式的多样化;它有利于林业规模经营、集约经营的实现;它有利于搞活整个国有林区经济。
Under the condition of socialist market economy,it is an important means to implement stock share reconstruction system of forestry enterprises.It will be conducive to promote the separation of government right and enterprises,to change the situation of enterprises with heavy society burden.It will also be conducive for private economy to realize diversity of management types and be conducive to make economy alive of state- owned forest regions.
