Sample survey of groups of private wood-based panel enterprises at Xingtai city indicate that:groups of private wood-based panel enterprises are newly emerging things. Then have become the main power of wood-based industry in Hebei province and the new economic growth points of local economy.Some suggestions and countermeasures have been put forward in this paper on the basis of discussing the reasons why groups of enterprises erect rapidly,the potential advantage and existing main problems.
