摘要
对世界社区林业的发展历程作了较为系统的论述。林业技术是社区林业发展的基础性工作,结合社区林业的特点提出了林业技术推广的主要原则。社区林业属于广大社区居民参与性活动,分析了不同类型参与的特点以及参与式管理的优势与不足。在社区林业管理的过程中存在各种各样的冲突,如何协调冲突成为社区林业发展的关键性问题之一,对冲突产生的原因以及解决方法提出了建议。
The author analyzed the development process of community foresry.Forestry technology is one of the key of community forestry development.In accordance with the charactistics of community forestry,some principles of forestry extension are put forwards. To some extent,community forestry should involve local people participation,so, disadvantags and advantages of participantory management are available in the paper.In the meantime,conflicts exist in the community forestry management,so,the reasons which casuse conflicts and how to solve conflicts are analyzed.
